2: “What are some personal problems that your characters are dealing with?”

Colin: EVERYTHING. One would be that he’s afraid for Flicka but also afraid to get too close to her. Somewhere deep down he probably feels a bit guilty about the jinx wars. Lucas obviously has daddy issues. Audrey lives in a constant state of semi-worrying about Lucas, but always wanting to smack him upside the head. She worries but doesn’t want to overstep her boundaries with him (she still thinks he’s a brat though) She has to balance work and personal obligations.

 3. “What are your characters’ morning routines?” Colin puts on a big pot of coffee and brushes his teeth.  he combs his hair with the 5 TOOTH COMB. (his hand). Lucas gets up, goes for a run (if he’s not too tired), washes and brushes, gets breakfast on his way to work. Pretty normal. Audrey does the same, only she always works out and always reads the entire paper.

7. “What is an experience your characters most embarrassed about?” When Flicka was running away, someone tried to “pick her up” on the street. She screamed and started to cry and they felt so bad they gave her five bucks.

For Audrey…on her first day of work at the afia office she accidentally went into the men’s bathroom. Now she does it all the time in order to make it look like she did it on purpose that first day.

11: “Who is the first character you remember creating? If you still have this character, how much have they changed?” Nuu: Probably Colin. He hasn’t changed much, but he turned out to be a lot more underachieving and less motivated that I thought.
